This Privacy Policy explains what information WatcherHold ("we", "us") collects when you use our website and application, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account information: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture.
• Trade and portfolio data: the trades, positions, holdings, setups, and notes you enter or import (via CSV or screenshot) into the app.
• Payment information: subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details — Stripe handles that under its own privacy policy.
• Usage data: we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, general engagement). See our Cookie Policy for details.

How we use your information

• To provide and maintain your account and portfolio data.
• To process subscription payments and manage your plan.
• To improve the product based on aggregate usage patterns.
• To respond to support requests you send us.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers required to run the platform — such as Google (authentication, analytics) and Stripe (payments) — and only to the extent needed for them to perform their function.

Public portfolios

If you enable public portfolio sharing, the trade data and stats you choose to expose become visible to anyone with your portfolio link. This is opt-in and can be turned off at any time from your profile settings.

Data security

Access to your account is protected by an authenticated session, and all data is isolated per user. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us through the support page in the app.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above.
