Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WatcherHold. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Not financial advice

WatcherHold is a portfolio tracking and analytics tool. Nothing in the app — including performance metrics, risk scores, or behavioral analysis — constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

2. Your account

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use WatcherHold. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens under it.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of the trade and portfolio data you enter into WatcherHold. You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you input, import, or share publicly.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans (Premium and Pro) are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable plan. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting to access other users' data, interfering with the service, or using the app for any unlawful purpose.

6. Public portfolios

If you choose to make your portfolio public, you are responsible for what you share. We are not liable for how third parties use information you have chosen to make public.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep WatcherHold available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features depending on third-party data (such as live market prices) may be affected by outages outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

WatcherHold is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including trading losses.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of WatcherHold after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
